Carrie's NEW CAR!!!

Today I was at the Dentist getting my teeth cleaned. Emma was with me, she was such a good baby! Here she is happy in her swing after we got home.

August birthdays

We were at Cousin Kristals house Sunday evening celebrating ALL the "August" birthdays. It is alot of fun getting together with the family. Carly is holding EmmaLee with cousin Caylen playing next to her. Caylen and Emma are going to have so much fun playing together as they grow, with only a couple of years age difference.

Look who came to see me during my lunch break....I love it when Art and Emmie come to visit. Sure does brighten my day!

11 LBS 4 OZ 23 IN !!

OPPS....I MEAN 2 MONTHS!!

EmmaLee 4 months old!

Today Emma went for her 2 month well check and shots...The Doctor said she is very healthy and doing great! She is 75 percentile in weight for her age group and 90 in height. Perfectly healthy! Poor little Emma had 4 shots. Good thing her thighs are very chubby... was what the nurse said. All the nurses just awwwwed over her at how adorable she is. I must say I have never heard her cry so loud and hard after those shots stuck her. My poor girl. I was soooo sad for her. I think Art can take her to her 4 month check....Here are some pictures before her appt and at home later on. Our beautiful girl!

EmmaLee is really starting to develope a little personality. Sweet and playful. Art and Emma have a game they play, sticking out his tongue and making funny sounds. She smiles and laughs and sticks her tongue out right back at him. It is the funniest thing to watch, as she copies what he does.

Today was my first day back to work, from maternity lv. It was pretty tough being away most of the day from my little sweetpea...but Daddy brought her in on my lunch break. I was sooooo happy to see her, I got my little Emma fix and managed to work the rest of the day. Also I guess Arts first day of watching her went real good. He is super great with her. I was happy and relieved their day was good...which made mine good too.

Today we went to see my Midwife Kay (6 week check) Kay delivered EmmaLee. She was SO awesome! And proud to say Emma was delivered w/out drugs! While at my appt we got to see Auntie Pam. Pam will be watching Emma on Mondays when I go back to work. This thursday...already.
