This Morning EmmaLee and I went to do, "THE WALK TO DEFEAT ALS". Emm was a little trooper untill about the 3rd mile. Then it of course started to just pour and she was wanting out of her stroller. I had used her jogging stroller because of the rain cover it has, but she HATED it! But wouldn't you if you had plastic all around you! :) But we walked and I carried her for about a mile untill the NEWS crew driving by taking pics, asked me if I wanted a ride back? I guess being stormed on and carrying a one yr old..who also was getting soaked I said YES! We only walked 4 miles, but SO worth the cause. EmmaLee wore a sticker that said: in honor and memory of Grandma and Aunt Connie. We had 10 people on our team of family and friends. Here are some pictures of our walk.
